Shoyo is an immersive omakase (chef’s choice) experience that offers two dinner seatings Tuesday-Saturday (5:45 PM and 8:15 PM) and one lunch seating on Saturday (2pm). Our dinner menu features a fusion flavor, blending various ingredients with fresh, high quality ingredients for a unique dining experience. Meanwhile, our lunch menu focuses on a more traditional Edomae style, emphasizing the same commitment to freshness and quality, prepared in a classic manner.
Due to the nature of the essential ingredients that constitute our menu, we cannot accommodate the following: vegan/Vegetarian diets, soy or vinegar allergies, and those with celiac. If you or your guests have any other allergies, we kindly ask that you email us at least 48 hours prior to your reservation date. Without advance notice, we will not be able to accommodate any requests on the night of your seating.
reservations are released on the 1st of every month at 9 am (CT) via Resy. reservation will only be for 1-6 guests.
FULL payment (excluding Tax and tip) will be required upon booking a reservation through RESY.
all sales are final and non refundable. with at least 48 hours notice, we are happy to rebook your new reservation for a future date (Party size must match the original reservation). Please email contact@shoyodallas.com
to get on a waitlist, Resy has a notify option. enter your information on the date and time you are looking for and if someone cancels resy will email you right away. we do not have an in house waitlist.
Because our chefs prepare each course and seating to be synchronous across the sushi bar, we kindly ask our guests to arrive early as dining will begin promptly at your reservation time. please note that “THE SHOW WILL GO ON,” meaning late guests will miss the earlier courses, as they will be asked to pick up the experience from the time of the arrival.
